MINT CREATIVE STUDIO RULES AND AGREEMENT

STUDIO GUIDELINES

• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative
• Slippers are provided so that our floor will be kept clean.
• Music is to be kept at reasonable levels
• No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
• No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative
• All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative.
• Strict Clean as you go policy.
• Total 15 people max in the studio at one time.
• No Eating inside the Studio.

STUDIO RULES

• 50 percent deposit due at time of booking. Remaining rental fees due on rental day
• Minimum of 2 hours at Php 5,500 Studio Rental.
• Additional time charging is Php 1,500.00 per hour.
• Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due and must be paid at the end of the rental period
• ***Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late, or if preparations (décor, styled set-up, make-up etc.) is done at site***
• ***Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental***
• Air-conditioning units will be turned on 30 min before the starting time.
• Mandatory Additional of Php 300.00 cleaning fee for cyclorama (infinity) wall use
• For excessively dirty studio and large groups or production crews exceeding 15 people – Php 2,000.00 minimum cleaning fee required Additional charges may apply.

STUDIO EQUIPMENT

• All pre-installed paper backdrops (black, white, grey) are free with rentals
• Cyclorama (infinity) wall use. The Cyclorama wall will be in as-is condition. Please call for pricing for painting a fresh coat.
• 2 Movable Back-to-back Lime wash walls
• Lights and Strobes provided at the studio
• Seamless Background Paper colors: ——————– This should be requested prior to booking the studio so that we can prepare it. A minimal fee of PHP_____________ is charged for a full sweep/roll out of any seamless on the floor

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a refund, less a 3% cancellation fee
• No refund for cancellation made less 48-hours before scheduled rental
• 25 percent reschedule fee if notice is less than 48-hours before scheduled rental

FULL RENTAL AGREEMENT

• HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY?

Availability can be viewed on the book the studio page by selecting one of the hourly time packages.

• DO YOU PROVIDE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

We only provide the studio space and lighting. You are responsible for hiring a photographer however we can provide recommendations.

• DO YOU OFFER CONTINUOUS LIGHTING FOR VIDEO?

We offe lighting package for php 5,000. 

• IS THERE AN EXTRA COST TO USE THE STROBE LIGHTING?

All lighting and grip equipment is included in the rental unless otherwise stated on the studio page.

• WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Studio hours are 7:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Saturday and 8:00am – 8:00pm Sunday..

• CAN I WALK IN AND SEE THE STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING?

We do not allow walk-ins but you can request a tour by submitting a studio tour request form.

• IS SEAMLESS BACKGROUND PAPER OFFERED ?
• We do have Seamless Background papers at the studio and we only charge a minimal feel for its use
